As we are organizing multiple events for our wedding celebrations, we ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline to RSVP is May 1st, 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will have to count you as a 'no'. Please refer to our RSVP page where you can RSVP to each event!

As we are trying to keep it as an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you have received a plus on then they will be on your invite when you RSVP.

The wedding day dress code is formal attire. Ladies, think full length or tea length gowns. Men, just wear suits! For our welcome drinks and morning after brunch - summer dresses for women and short sleeve button-ups for men.

Both our wedding ceremony and reception are at the same location (Villa Arvedi). We will provide transportation to and from our recommend hotel (Hotel San Pierre) to the wedding venue. The bus will pick up our guest at 4:30pm (please do not be late or you will have to find your own ride!). After our reception, the bus will take everyone back to the hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, we recommended taking the bus as there are other events going on in Verona and it will be very hard to find a ride home. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Our reception will be inside.
